Deloris Whittingham a native of Jamaica, began her business in New York in 1963, and was inspired by her sister. What resulted from Whittingham's persistence was four New York Hair Salon and the start of a health SPA in 1982.
Today she is the Head Hairstylist of Salon Soleil in West Palm Beach. She is really a Master Hairstylist and expertise of  straightening treatments and Hair extension, as well as colors, and one of the fastest and greatest  performer of haircuts and styles in general.
